What are the return deadlines ? 

A mistake ? You changed your mind ?
At Bewak's, you can return every item which not suits you within 7 days.

How to return ?

In compliance with the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale", you can return the product in its original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, ...), in a perfect state, without any impurity traces, soil, blade of grass (concerning the camping tents).

Otherwise the return will be considered as non-compliant.

You have 2 options :

RETURN BY POST OR BY HAULIER

1- Pack the product in its original packaging. You are in charge of this packaging. This one has to be made in such a way that the product can be transported without any risk of damage or degradation.

2- Stick a sheet of paprer on the parcel with your name and address as well as the return address :

3- Choose the form of delivery which suits you (Post Office or the chosen haulier). You subscribe or not to an insurance in case of loss, theft or destruction of your parcel. You are charged of the shipping costs.

4- After reception of your parcel and with reservation of the returned products' conformity, we will proceed to the exchange or the repayment or we will give you a credit note.

THE RETURN AT BEWAK'S

1- Please got to Bewak's.

2- You exchange your item or you will be repayed.

3- Subject to the available supplies and the returned products' conformity, we will proceed to the exchange or the repayment or we will give you a credit note.

How to be repayed ?

If you return the item by post or by haulier, Bewak will repay the price of the product and the corresponding shipping costs (if your order does not reach the free shipping) at the earlier opportunity and at the latest within the 30 days starting from the reception of your parcel. 

The repayment method depend on the chosen payment method while your order :
- In case of payment by cheque or by debit card, we will repay you by cheque sent to the billing address
- In case of payment by debit card, the repayment will direclty go on your bank account related to the debit card which you used to pay your order
- We will also offer you a credit note, valid during 1 year

SPECIAL CASE : if the initial amount of your order allowed you a free shipping, two cases may be introduced :

- either the value of the returned items brings the amount of your order below the free shippping : Bewak will repay the value of the returned items after deduction of the shipping costs, initialy offered ;
- or the value of the returned items does not bring the amount of your order below the free shipping : Bewak will repay the value of the returned items.

If your return takes place at Bewak's, we will repay you or we will give you a credit note.
